  • I am in Jacksonville.
    The friggin kid supposedly hit the teacher in the head with a ruler so the teacher grabbed the kid.
    Kid assaulted the teacher is the way I see it.
    Friggin weak ass parents are crying about it now.

  • Sounded like the kid was talkin shit, in the first seconds of the vid, you hear him say, "your ugly". Its another vid where it starts in the middle of whats going on. I'm sure the other kids in the class, that are really tryin to learn will tell the truth.

    • That happened in a Germantown Tennessee high school a few years ago.
      A substitute teacher kept telling a loud mouthed punk to be quiet and he refused.
      The teacher told him several times to leave the classroom and the kid told him to go to hell.
      The little snot nosed prick finally mouthed off one time too many and the teacher grabbed him and slammed him against a wall and threw him out into the hall.
      The parents had a warrant sworn out for the teacher and when he went to court several of the punk More..

  • If that guy really had "choked" the kid, he would have more than "a little bruising" to his neck. He probably held him down firmly to refrain from doing something even worse. It would be interesting to see what happened just before what we see in the clip.
