In this vid you can also clearly see the problem to judge about specially FSA-spreaded vids of "Assad's victims" - if you would just take the second (the dead) part of this vid and put a headline on like "Another civilian murdered by Assads thugs" some would be immediately judge "war crime" or "murder"....
He still hasn't a weapon or a cartridge belt,looks like a civil person...
...but a few hours ago he shot at somebody....

@ttuck666 no if its a legit nagant sniper, that means it was hand selected for its accuracy. Actually a pre ww1 rifle american designed rifle, that is very effective and has more power than a 30-06

@mattrd it is not a pre world war 1 rifle because it is a round receiver. If it is a HEX receiver then it might be a pre world war1 rifle. It's a 91/30 mosin. The original design was made in 1891 but it was updated in 1930. You can also tell by the iron sights. The pre 1930 version had a round sight on the back the post 1930 have a straight sight. And it was not an American designed rifle. It was designed by a Belgian and a Russian.

Hey i have the same Mosin Nagant PU rifle he has. Hard to believe people are still using them in conflicts around the world given they are WW2 era rifles. They use the same cartridge as the draganovs.
