I shot this video of a rental prop that the wife and i bought. Its something that is going to require some serious man hours to get rented but im the man for the job. There are houses like this in every town and if you can afford to buy one and sink a little money and elbow grease into it the rewards can be great. Weather you flip the house or use it for borrowing power, today's market is truly a buyers market. We picked this up for $15000 and will put about 15000 into it max, it will appraise around 75000
