Bicycle Elevators in Norway
This device could make bicycle more attractive to a lot of people who live in hilly areas. It doesn't look like a very expensive structure to install compared to what automobiles require from city or county coffers.

I'm surprised the other guy made it up the hill at all on that single speed bike. Gimme a 21 speed mountain bike and I could cruise right up there, although slower than the lift, but the one he was riding? No way.
