Attempted Car Jump Goes Horribly Wrong 
19-year old Bladimir Barreto was hit by a car driven by his 17-year old brother while attempting to jump over it to demonstrate his athletic prowess to college football recruiters. Barreto suffered several broken bones while his brother was charged for driving without a license.

@The_linguist I was going to point out that it is quite an accomplishment to jump from normal sports into the paralympics. But considering that the statement is probably true for 80% of the people competing for mongo gold, I'd say they're not really impressed.
