Sweet. I missed this when we went on a tour of the world a few years ago. South America was more or less a scouting trip so we'll go there next time.

Well, we did spend three months there. "Scouting Mission" is a relative term.
Bolivia, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile and Argentina are definitely on the return visit list. The other's not so much. I'd have to look at a map to remind myself if I missed any worth revisiting.

My kinda place - no people, can drive for four hours in an ever changing landscape not seeing anyone.

Went out on the salt flats, 115C at the time.
'Cool' shit.
They have a visitor centre, lots to look around, history and shit. Watch a little movie of 20mins.
So you spend an hour or so in there, and then leave.
Go out of the first door (you just spent some time in an air conditioned joint at 20C).
