f1 car from metal scraps! chinese rednecks!
Chinese brothers, Zhao Xiushin and Zhao Xiuguo from the city of Tangshan (Beijing) have created a shanzhai (knockoff/homemade) Formula 1 race car out of scrap materials. This F1 car is the fourth of its kind that they have built. Can reach speeds of 170km/hr!! The Zhao brothers’ next project is to create a 1930s style Mercedes Benz, based on pictures of then-German Chancellor Adolph Hitler’s car.

True, I'd love to have it though. It's like an awesome go kart. I'm wondering what they used for an engine though. It seems like an R1 engine could move that thing at better than the 100mph they're doing. Could probably fit twin R1 or Busa engines in there, and still sell the thing at a big profit for $20k.
Would outperform million dollar super-cars.

This is pure craftsmanship and engineering; hats off to these guys for the accomplishment. I bet it weighs a ton and would collapse like aluminum can in a wreck, but an impressive feat by itself!
