Check out these underwater scooters or motorbikes called "BOB" a short name for "Breathing Observation Bubble", invented by British Car worker, Andrew Sneath way back in 1994.
The scooters are powered by a 12volt car battery & have a top speed around about 3mph (5kph) underwater. Air (NOT oxygen as stated in the video) is pumped into 'bubble' like helmets from a normal SCUBA tank.
When launched these scooters were expected to retail for about $7,500. I guess the concept never really took off, but this was before viral videos, I wonder if Andrew Sneath is still producing these motor scooters?
