@-Tipping_Point- So we should have our gov't go further into debt for a few more years of life???
I also fail to see any connection with life expectancy and socialized health care.
But lets take a closer look... These counties have socialized health care. Argentina, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Cuba, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iraq*, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Oman, Port More..

@gammyland Really? I mean really? Just google some of those countries and look at the deplorable conditions that their people live in. I feel in the next decade the huge guts and the fat asses are going to catch up to the American people and lower their life expectancies even more. Soon.

Interesting how the countries at the top of the list have the greatest economic freedoms and the countries at the bottom have the LEAST economic freedoms.
Many of the issues are cultural and behavioral. 40 years ago before the USA became addicted to electronic opiates, prescription drugs and corn syrup there were hardly any fat people.
Now it’s one of our biggest health problems. But at the end of the day it’s a personal choice.
I feel like I won the lottery, being born in the USA and ha More..

@markymark69: Plenty of fat white people in the midwest and south. Plenty of fat Latin Americans out west.
Again it's cultural and at the end of the day a CHOICE.
