Yeah, I agree. I much prefer Petrucci's solo work over satch, he is far better at stringing a good melody in his solo's. But yeah, the whole 10 mins of solo's thing...bit boring. Give me an album like 'Train of Thought' or something decent them solo over.
I happen to think the title belongs to SRV, but then again, that's a whole different style. I have to admit that watching a master, even one I typically wouldn't care for, is awesome. (I recently went to a Carlos Santana concert, dragged along by the wife. Despite the fact that I have never purchased any of his music, I would go again.)

I bought chickenfoot when released and only listened to it once.. Not a spammy hagar fan. Satch should continue solo. The other band members bring him down to cookie cutter status. If he tours get out and see this amazing talent. Few can play such wide range of styles like satch.
