The cops in America would have likely beat him to the extent that his injuries from said beating would/could be fatal. Also the drunk kid would have to deal with serious life changing criminal charges that were fabricated by the arresting officers.
LEO standards have declined dramatically over the past 25 years. Most LEO officers in America suffer from serious mental illness, they are no longer worthy of the respect these Norwegian officers are.

@DEADBEEF I just found my credit card receipts from saturday on the town in Oslo. Just boozing, no food, mixed set of bars from cocktail to rock bar: USD 250 for me alone.

@nooneathome As a matter fact I do. It is cheaper for me to take a low price plane to London,and get drunk there. After spending a night at a hotel in Bayswater, I still have money left when I get home.
