The federal Public Security Secretariat (SSP) reported early this morning the capture of Mario González Martínez, in the state of Jalisco, alleged operator of the Pacific cartel in that state .

@2nuts4u2 Drugs aren't the problem, it's the people in control of them. It's all about Risk vs.Reward in a black market. The whole drug trade is corrupt from the bottom up on both sides.
