Your point makes no sense. By saying "nop" to my comment you are saying they WILL be the first world economy in 10 years (which I think could be very possible) but that they still WILL NOT understand how traffic signals work? LOL. I think I get what you meant but you mistake my low opinion of the driving ability of the Chinese as being the same opinion regarding their economic potential which is not the case.
