That was a very interesting video. There must be enough minerals and raw materials out there to keep the world running for a long long time, if a cost effective way to retrieve them could be found. On the other hand, there is also enough flying rock out there to extrinct life on Earth should a big enough asteroid develope a collision course with the planet.
