Pretty sure it's a Milan. Russians didn't have anything with a launcher like that. The Milan isn't Russian btw, it's a joint French German development. Since he kept his eye on the sight until impact, I would have to say it's wire guided or CLOS with a radio.
Milans are much larger hence usually operated by a crew of two and this is definately NOT an AT spigot as they are even larger and heavier than Milan..looks like another modified ATGM.. Maybe American!
