Just so you know - that McDonalds customer asked them for hot coffee which the crew then microwaved. The coffee spilled in her lap and her genital area was basically destroyed.

She was served coffee that was almost 200*F. She received 3rd degree burns on 6% of her body, mostly the genitals and anus, requiring skin grafting. She was burned to a lesser degree on more than 15% of the rest of her body.
