He was saying that everyone in Suez welcomes the sentencing to life in prison for Hosni Mobarak (and acquital of his police chiefs), after which the people began shouting 'void' altogether at the end. They believe that the sentence is void, because it is lenient and Mubarak should be executed, and his police chiefs sentenced to life.
