The requests for additional security were denied by Charlene Lamb in an attempt to deny reality and give the false impression that things were calming down in Libya. That is a bizzarre and incompetent thought process that seems to think reality is predicated on wishful thinking. It was the opposite of prudent contingency planning.
She should be criminally charged in relation to these deaths, not merely fired for utter incompetence.
