Cool presentation - it takes me back to my childhood. Lived there in the early 70's from ages 2 to 10, and was a really interesting city - so much we got to do and see. Education back then and there was really a culturally enriched experience, what a time we had. I remember seeing the top of the big, red bridge looming over the buildings in our neighborhood, looked so close, but so far away.

As a real native your statement tells me you're not really from there. None of us from families who helped found san francisco and the bay area really give a shit what people want to call it. About the only thing I've heard during my time born and raised around anybody *from* there say is how gay the word "cali" is. Thats a word by and for the tourists that won't leave. Just like the tourist's "annoyance" with the word "frisco."
