Mom Found ‘Guilty’ By Court After Refusing TSA Pat Down On Daughter

No audio, and kinda long (8+ minutes), but the body language and gesturing says a lot.

A woman who stood up to TSA screeners and refused to allow them to grope her or her 14 year old daughter has been found guilty of “disorderly conduct” and sentenced to one year of probation by a court in Tennessee.

  • Yes. They look like terrorists. Once I waited for my flight in Philadelphia and went to the TSA aera to see what going on. The TSA pedos went always for white mostly upper class people. In one hour of watching them I dont see any pat down of people who looked clearly like muslim...

  • I don't even have to watch this one. Fuck the TSA, fuck the courts, and fuck Tennessee. TN even allows the TSA to search through trucks at weigh stations with no reason, probable cause or any kind of warrants. They have a major problem with your rights. So fuck them.

    • @Saros I believe in the 4th amendment 100% and have declined being searched by police a couple times in my life. That being said I don't think this is really a violation of the constitution. They aren't coming to you and searching you. You are coming to them and willingly subjecting yourself to the search in order to gain access to a private service. You are totally free to decline the search and not get on the airplane. It's much like being patted down and searched before going into a night More..

      In Indiana, land of the recent fucktwat who said rape is intended by God, the courts also said you have to allow cops to search your home without a warrant if they want, to maximize safety for all concerned.

    • @Saros And I agree with you that them searching your home without a warrant is fucked up and unconstitutional. But that is totally different than you wishing to take part in a privately owned and operated service and willingly subjecting yourself to their terms. You know before you even buy the airplane ticket that you are going to be searched. It is totally different than a cop randomly searching you when he pulls you over or a cop demanding entry into your home without a warrant.
