Liveleak.com - Redefining the Media

Are you still getting redirected - 2?

Hey Guys,

It has come to our attention that quite a number of people are experiencing redirects to other sites while browsing liveleak.

Liveleak staff are trying to figure out what advertiser is causing this by disabling them one by one.

We would like to ask you if you could use the comments of this item to let us know if you are still getting redirected and to what site / URL this is.

  • I'm getting redirected to poker website
I'm also getting stupid, loud, "interactive" ads on the right column. the only thing interactive about them ads is muting the damn things

I had to move to firefox with adblock flash block and script block to get rid of my problem

  • Same thing was happening to me yesterday.
    I haven't noticed it today I don't think.
I was actually looking for this post yesterday but it seemed to have disappeared.

  • Yes, still getting popups and redirection here -- it is due to sparkstudios javascript. I added 127.0.0.1 rts.sparkstudios.com to my hosts file and that stopped it for me.

  • Redirected an hour ago.
I'm putting this post in my favorites so I can give the link(s) when it happens again.

  • A new one today, although it was the same
"virus scan, you have been infected with a virus"
redirect as I listed in the previous posting by Jupiter.

added this new one to my restricted sites-

It should be noted that using LL's search function I was unable to find the first "Are you still getting redirected" post by Jupiter.
I had to wade back through the past few days of uploads to find it. Even if I used the tag "redirect" "Redirects" or "Redirected". The search engine is worthless......

    it is here -

I would suggest that you scan your computers for virus/trojan the redirect to the "malware" site is installing a trojan.

Sick of that popup bullshit for the Jason 300 workout too.

  • In reference to the above redirect, I found this from Norton Security-

    http://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?name=top-andfastcheck.com

it lists the top-andfastcheck.com redirect as a security risk and that the website is located in the Netherlands.

I see that LL is not the only one having problems with this redirect when the website is searched in Yahoo or Google...
