When SHARK attended the 2008 "World's Toughest Bulls and Broncs" rodeo in Peoria, Illinois in January 2008 it was just the latest in a long line of exposes of David Morehead and his Three Hills Rodeo Company.
Three Hills and Morehead, a member of the PRCA, have a long history of shocking animals, and has a conviction for animal cruelty in Pennsylvania.
