Vietnamese are very ruthless and they never listen. I won't be surprised if I hear from news tomorrow morning that some Vietnamese boats are sunk by Chinese navy in Souht China Sea, which did happen in 1988. They are now expecting other countries like the USA, Japan and India work with them to win in the dispute with China over those islands.
