I wouldn't call the SA-2 a "modern" missile...unless you count something from 1960 as modern. Also completely useless for the rebels in anything besides propaganda value (hence all the time spent posing for the cameras).

@sakb They ca use them to make IEDs though, and that is probably what will be done. Good amount of explosives and fuel in one of those. 8 missiles, 8 truck bombs.

these could be SAM's ive seen USSR made SAM's mounted on trucks like these they are missing the launcher and crane vehicle if these are those... beats me though im no weapons expert
