Man Electrocutes To Death As Helpless Cops Look On

MEXICO: a man stealing a copper pipe out of a construction site accidently touched overhead wires and started getting electrocuted, firemen and cops were called to the scene but would not go near him because he was still being jolted, they threw rocks until they got the copper pipe dislodged from the powerline.
