21 year old Arthur handles rush hour traffic at the corner of Dufferin and Steels after the traffic lights went out in Toronto, Canada until police arrive. Obviously he's most likely violating some city laws, but the end result is fluid, organized, and safe traffic through one of the busiest intersections in the city with no accident or injury. Good Guy UFC truck provides a reflective jacket for safety as it's driving by. The drivers themselves are of course commendable in their own right for being responsible and cooperative, especially during Friday rush hour.

lucky he didn't do this in America and cause an accident, they dont even have a court system anymore, the victim just enters a glass cage with a fan on the bottom that blows money around...and they just grab as much as they can.

10 out of 10 for initiative and public spirit.
I did have to take one point off for the pony tail, but overall well done.

in America, five squad cars would have sped into the intersection, held him at gunpoint, tazed and pepper-sprayed him before arresting him for disrupting the peace.

This young man makes a good red light. This is what the world needs more of... Identify a problem, roll up you sleeves and get to work. Good on him. I guess Canadians do serve a purpose... They make the best god damn human red lights in the world. :)
