El paso police highway chase red truck loaded with drugs

El Paso County sheriff's deputies and Border Patrol agents chased a red truck into the city of El Paso.
Authorities said a chase started in El Paso County around 2 p.m. Tuesday.

Dispatchers said the truck was believed to be loaded with drugs.

The chase ended at I-10 and Yarbrough when the driver ran out of his truck.

Authorities ran after and apprehended the suspect.
