a10s over my house

sorry for the crappy quality but all i could get 2 was my cannon powershot.jets practice over my house about 2 or 3 time a week.a10s are a rare sight here.only the 2nd time i have seen them over the house.they are much more quiet than the ones that fly over most of the time.its a military no fly zone here where im at in ohio.bad ass planes. sorry no death burps!!!!lol

  • We live between two major bases and love to see all the cool stuff. Having been on the base for my employer, it was awesome watching the A10's doing touch-an-go-s.

    • no im around chillicothe.not sure but i would say the A10s are from wright patterson afb because they head out NW from me but most other jets head out south from here not sure where they go.i will try to post some of the other jets cause im not sure what kind they are but they are low,fast and house shaken loud.

    • the a10s come over in 2s but the other jets come in 3 or 4s.the others dogfight full bore the a10s just cruise and do runs on the hills out back.they see me out there watchn um.i have had jets puttn over about 500 feet or so and wave there wings at us.

    • Damn dude im jealous as hell i hear the F-16's overhead all the time and watch them dogfight and pop flares but ive never seen anything else....I woulda shit my pants if i saw an A-10. My mom lives out buy Frankfort and i see them way better out there than in town...Its kinda crazy the F-117A Stealth Fighter was based out of WPAFB too i miss that plane.

    • I noticed that too it seemed like i would hear the F-16's 2 times a day around 2PM and again at night 9 to 10PM but now i only hear them once a week. I though for sure when they were flying twice a day everyday that they were preparing to attack Iran but i guess that prob wont happen...
