Natural-Selection 2 is an indie game combining the First-Person Shooter elements with Real Time Strategy. It is truly one of a kind, and has meshed the two genres seamlessly.

Marines vs Aliens: Each side has 1 commander directing his team towards the capture of Alien or Marine Territory, and gathering as many resources as possible through the map via "Resource Towers" that must be built accordingly. Resources allow commanders to choose a variety of Weapons, Upgrades, Evolutions etc.-

I'm posting this because any free time is dedicated to this. It is worthy of your free time as well. It is truly what the gaming industry needs- an Independent team with valid ideas breaking through into the mainstream.
