WEST PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia Police are asking for the public's help in locating a man who was caught on camera throwing hot coffee on a donut shop clerk.

It happened Tuesday at 11:05 a.m. at the Fresh Donuts store at 3914 Lancaster Avenue in West Philadelphia.

Police say the man got into an argument with the worker over payment for the order. He then grabbed a cup of hot coffee out of her hand and threw it on her, causing severe burns. The man then left the store with another man after shouting expletives at other people in the shop.
