Idiot causes scary accident on the highway

Maybe the idiot will try using two cones next time..both parties at fault

" All, fortunately, survived.Audi driver was not injured, despite the fact that his car was thrown from a blow in 3 rows on the side of the road with a turn of 180 degrees. The driver of the 2nd car (me) - fracture of the sternum (on belt). In passenger - broken toe. Plus, bruises and contusions.
Both were wearing, the only reason I am writing here now"

  • Holy. Crap. That HAD to hurt. The female doesn't sound too good. And yeah... unless your car is COMPLETELY incapacitated, get it off the freaking road.

    • @TheCheeta Ok im not being thick here but in the uk we have 4 lanes but you can only use 3. The hard shoulder as we call it is for broken vehicles only so that cars dont pile up in lanes like this. Is this normal do you know?

    • @TheCheeta Have you ever tried to move a car that is stalled on the highway? If not, I'll tell you that it is probably one of the hardest and scariest things to do in the middle of the day. Not being rude or anything, just stating that the guy probably felt safer in the middle of the road, than solo pushing his car. My old car stalled out once and I was lucky, not even on the highway and on the right side of the road (right at the corner of a street, with my hazards on). And people STILL almost More..

  • Not sure why the 'disabled' car didn't make
it to the shoulder, but even less sure how
the approaching driver didn't see him there.

  • Who the hell puts an orange triangle only a few feet behind the disabled car?

  • OK I watched this thing 4 times and texasholden123 should not be driving on the freeways. I am going out on a limb here and my guess is your not from Texas, right.

First thing to notice is the BIG chevy truck starting to slow down. Second item I notice is car passing texasholdem123 up and goes around the BIG chevy truck “that is slowing down” and does not go into other lane “BECAUSE THER IS A CAR BROKEN DOWN IN IT” . Third thing I notice is no cars are in that lane when texasholden123 e More..

    • @cajunmojo -Agreed, driver is definitely to blame for this accident. Should have been paying attention to the road, better situational awareness would have prevented this from happening at all. It's easy to point the finger at the stationary car but the driver was the only one who had the power and the ability to prevent this collision. I don't think TH123 is the person driving in this video, just passing on the info from the original poster.

    • @cajunmojo i think he just posted this to ll and kept the original guys story as the description. plus @ :16 thats not a Texas license plate or even one from the US, YEEHAW

    • @PyneOil - OK I stand corrected then , it look like to me by the description he "TH123" was driving. But the driver that caused the accident is at fault , I stand by that.

    • @OMGitsTrash - See my response to Pyneoil, I read the description as if TH123 was the driver.

    • TeaxsHolden123 I read the description wrong, I was under the impression you where the driver that rammed the Audi. . . . . I APOLOGY for the negative response aimed toward you.

  • Next time he must pay attention of the road and will easily avoid an accident. He even had precious seconds to react since the woman yelled him "hey stupid, there is a disabled car!!!".

  • the dude driving must be half blind. How does someone not scan ahead on the freeway? she obviously saw it in time to react, what a terrible fail on the part of all parties.

  • The guy in the middle of the road was stalled out, he was safer there than trying to push his car over to the side. The driver who hit the parked car is completely at fault - why? Because even if stopping in the middle of the highway is illegal, there is nothing illegal about your vehicle stalling and not being able to move it.

I've seen this very thing before and it's 100% the fault of the driver who rear ends the parked person. Hazards on, hell, even a cone is out. All traffic moves out of th More..

    • @OMGitsTrash I've had a similar situation in a cadillac, the transmission seized in the middle of a highway, at night at that, would not go into neutral or any gear, the whole thing cracked and mangled, fortunately a police car came along, he pushed the shit out of that caddy to the side of the road. It happens sometimes.

    • @billa48 i can see that, but most of the time you would think it would be coastable. tranny seized? i bet that was one hell of a jerk, hopefully you were wearing the ole seatbelt!

  • Notice the skids marks where others were a bit luckier .. you'd think the idiot would have noticed other skidding to a stop and maybe not parked in the middle of the road.

  • For the stalled car: blinking light
For the driver who crashed into the stalled car: you can't go up and down but you can left and right.
