whilst asking that rhetorical question, the equipment of the day that each arm of the Armed Forces possessed is gone through in this mega long Pt1 of 2 film
a superb historical account of how Britain was readying itself for the coming war with Nazi Germany, some gems are included like the Balloon Command which was comprised of women who sewed the balloons together - an Historical Gem.
Please note; this is an extremely long film and only intended for avid history aficionado's and should only be tackled by hardy and seasoned LL'ers. It's probably worth putting away for a later day when the time becomes available to view. I've posted the best possible quality before running up against the LL file size limit.
If you like WW2 air-planes you should like this film. If you don't you are strongly advised to go no further, no time refunds are available, sorry.
