  • Im not saying she did anything wrong nor am I saying police did either since we really dont know if she was in the road or not based simply on her testimony,but I bet if she were ever hit by a car while riding her bicycle she would swear up and down that the car that hit her was speeding and would demand police do something about it.

  • Everywhere the police use creative descriptives for intervening into their Speed Traps. People who flash headlights, get ticketed for doing that, people who waved down other cars, get ticketed for that too. And waving a sign informing drivers about imposing Speed Traps.

      You don't use your highbeams, that can blind someone for a second. When signaling drives you flash your lights on and off a couple times.
