I've always thought it would be a good strategy to introduce into the various black weapons markets rpg rockets, indistinguishable from the real ones, that explode immediately when fired. Same could be done with grenades, mines, fuzes of all kinds etc.

That is not an RPG, it is actually a SPG-9. A 73mm rocket propelled projectile.
It is a 2 man crew served weapon. Several types of rounds. And different types of mount to include wheels.

@landsolo Im not really sure, I used to use the recoiless rifles or rocket launchers like this. Im going to guess age first. Then maybe dirt, dents in the tube, sand, many things can hang them up, but this went up real fast, no hesitation, so it may have been a bad fuse and probably from age. But on the other hand I lost a troop/friend in I think 70 who was firing a M72 LAW rocket and it exploded on his shoulder. Half of him was gone, and another guy, and the shit went flying all through the squ More..
