I'm all for Bull Riding, roping and all that North and South American Rodeo stuff.
The intention of a rodeo is not to hurt the animal but demonstrate wrangling skills.

clearly you don't understand rodeo. Its not a rope. And it isn't tight. And it isn't around their balls. it is a cinch, usually made of wool or a similar material that is looped loosely around their flank which encourages them to buck.
