So yeah, actually Russia isn't massively worse than the USA, I'm amazed how much safer the UK is though with the quality of driving I see.

the bus driver was forward of the rear of the truck so he could not see the signal. The truck driver was chaning lanes, he should have given way to the bus.

@Pratt Well he doesn't only have the turn signals at the trailer but also on the tractor unit, i would go this far to say that the truck driver might haven't even noticed his trailer collided with the bus as the driver cabins of modern units (dunno if this was one) are sound isolated like an audio studio and you are bouncing around in the seats all the time anyway.
But yeah, i would probably also consider this lane cutting so no excusing.
