Sometimes a President will try to go under the radar so the reporters won't know what he is doing, when he contributes time and effort for a charitable cause. Not seeking glory for his contribution to mankind.

On the other hand, a Resident like Obama would most certainly would take full credit...even for the work others had done! After Bush leaves..he will go over there to beg for money.

Video from the first two days of the refurbishment project at Ngungu Health Center in Kabwe, Zambia, led by President and Mrs. Bush. Following the refurbishment, Ngungu will open a clinic to provide screening, diagnosis and treatment for cervical cancer. President and Mrs. Bush are in Africa to raise awareness for Pink Ribbon Red Ribbon, an initiative led by the George W. Bush Institute with PEPFAR, UNAIDS, and Susan G. Komen for the Cure that aims to reduce cases of cervical cancer and save lives on the continent of Africa.
