I thought sawed off shotguns were illegal? Oh, thats right, gun control laws are meaningless because criminals do not care about laws..
Looks like he got hold of some steroids too.. so those drug laws failed as well. Perhaps legalization of such items would reduce their allure. Take Finland and Holland for example..
