I wouldn't call this an RPG attack because they didn't even hit that car. I did hear that they fired an RPG, but it missed the target big time, like it usually does. Those "shabiha" guys just run away from their vehicle to make sure that they don't get blown up in case "FSA" actually manages to hit them with an RPG. That has nothing to do with being a coward.
