  • Actually RKG-3s are very effective if they detonate at the right angle: 90 degrees. You can achieve this by a parachute as some people have already said, or you can just throw it. Throw enough of these babies and you'll start racking up casualties, though clearly not at the rate an IED would. They're inexpensive, lightweight and versatile. Given the fact that the MRAP has flat sides I wouldn't be surprised if there was a lot of penetration. Remember RKGs are shaped charges so they really don't More..
