MADISON, Wisconsin - August 6, 2011 (WPVI) -- It's a bird! It's a plane! It's a bird on a plane!Apparently the bird, or possibly a bat, got onto a Delta Air Lines flight from Madison, Wisconsin to Atlanta.
Passenger Mike Schmidt says he fell asleep during the early Friday morning flight, and was awakened by a scream, then saw the unidentified flying object go by.
Schmidt took video of the creature flying around the cabin, before it was finally trapped in the plane's back lavatory.
The airline says they searched the plane and couldn't find the animal, so they don't know for sure if it was a bird or a bat.
