New rear steer trailer unit
transporting 56 ft long concrete support beams required a rear steer bogie, one particular Dutch Haulage Firm went one step further and included a driver in the rear steer trailer unit.
This unit was manufactured in Seattle WA by Buss Bilt.

Cool design.
The ones I have seen the driver is in the back, so if they get rear ended he is toast.
I would guess that roof is reinforced in case that beam slips.
A lot longer than 56 feet.
