This Happens, When Somebody Hit Wing Mirror

The first guy, who was chased, we will call him "LADA Driver", hit
wing-mirror of the dash cam car. The passenger of the dash cam car
started firing, with gun, and broke LADA's window. After that LADA
driver decided to start a conversation about this, guys in the dash cam
car showed him a gun, and then chase started.
