@BleuMoon it tells you at the top, click your points number button at the top. Each +1 is 0.10 points
So once you get +10, that equals to 1.0 whole point.

The most important lesson he's showing that you should hit the throttle only after you start coming out of the curve.
There are dozens of videos here on LL where people hitting full throttle (cars and bikes) while still in the curve. You do that and you are featured on LiveLeak too!
