Short explanation for those who don't understand Japanese: This is JAL flight 82 from Shanghai to Haneda (Tokyo) from March 31, 2012. Bad weather and an unstable approach to Haneda lead the pilot to decide to go around for another attempt. He's pulled up (nose is up) but the thrust reversers are deployed leading the tail striking the runway (tailstrike) and being dragged along for quite some distance. This is a potentially disastrous (literally) situation. The Japanese ministry of transport has classified this as an accident and they are investigating.

Note: JAL seems to want to suppress any news of this incident from the press so videos on many sites have been hit with takedown notices. It was initially reported by the Japanese press but things have gotten mighty quiet since the initial reports.
