Its magnetic cards.. I had a deck like that.
Instead of 52 cards there's actually 104.
53 of which are a magnetic three of spade.
The polarized 3 of spades in this case, stick too the reverse polarized card directly underneath of it.
SO if you allign the cards so that every other card is a magnetic 3 of spades you can separate them out carefully, so that the 3's stay hidden behind the card they are stuck too. Making it look like an ordinary deck.

Dear oh dear...
The card was palmed in the antics when you moved them after she chose so you had the card you wanted, as we never see your wrist because the coat is pulled down and you very quickly and NOT in front of her pretend to put the card piece on the wrist where the fake tattoo was there all the time.
And as the video shows its NOT an exact match but when you have rehearsed the tear enough times its going to be pretty close..
