In spite of the economic gains across a broad swath of developing and emerging econimies citizens of rich countires remain far happiers and more satisfied than those in poorer nations. In addtion, large percentages in many developing countries even in some where gains in contentments have been the great - report they have not been able to afford food, clothing and medical care over past 12 months.
