At-least Two of the troopers were killed on Saturday, one in a Mujahideen attack and the other in a roadside bomb attack, the US-led military alliance of NATO said without providing more details.
The other two died on Sunday in a accident in southern Afghanistan.
Also on Sunday, the ISAF confirmed in a statement that At-least one another US-led soldier has died of non-battle related injuries in the west of the war-torn country.
The source did not disclose further information regarding the exact location of the incident or the nationality of the deceased soldier.
Meanwhile, in a separate incident on Saturday, a US-led helicopter made a forced landing in south Afghanistan, the coalition forces said.
