      It is outstanding sportsmanship to be humble when you win. The other team knows you won and there is no reason to gloat.

      If more players behaved this way maybe more of the hoodlums and hooligans would follow suit.

  • I don't like the way they play football, it gets results of course, but many of their games aren't a good spectacle. The Italian Serie A and the Premiership are the greatest leagues on earth for a reason, and the German Bundesliga isn't far behind.

      While it is true that Real Madrid and Barcelona are a step above the rest of the 'La Liga teams', the others are not bad teams, a lot of them advance deep in continental competitions every year. This year, for example: Athletic of Bilbao (who beat ManU), Valencia, Atletico de Madrid.

  • Awesome, not often do you see this in soccer. It's a pity the sub goalies for Spain that never touched the pitch had to rub their win in Mario Balotelli's face. Casillas and Buffon are both class acts however, pitty this wasnt a closer game
