I smell bullshit, look at the skid marks running right into the barrier, probably first test runs and there is just something wrong with the explosion. I think it's a movie being filmed.

Part of the problem was that the highway workers did not have idiot proof barriers and trucks with folding or collapsable barricades fitted.Here in the U.S.the state police sit a mile before the work site with thier lights on to slow people down and check your speed cause if you exceed the work area speed limit you are f*cked with a huuuuge fine.
